uBS Administrative Tribunal (ATISG)

The Administrative Tribunal of International Settlement Group (ATISG) was established to ensure fair and transparent resolution of employment-related disputes within the organization. Comprising five judges, ATISG holds exclusive and final jurisdiction over employment matters between ISG and its employees, former employees, or their legal representatives.

The tribunal oversees disputes concerning:
